Network Waitaki Contracting provide electrical construction and maintenance services across New Zealand, we are based in Oamaru with a team of approximately 60 people across management and field staff within our contracting team. Reporting to the Operations Planning Manager, the Operations Coordinator will provide planning, scheduling and coordination of internal and external service requests, including maintenance and construction projects for the Contracting and Operations team supporting our field crews. - Relevant experience in operational scheduling and planning
- Good knowledge of distribution network construction and maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- A working knowledge of substation equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with common business applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Business Central, Smartrak, GIS)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to work
- This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week minimum)
