ABOUT THE ROLE: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and preparing reports to support the company's financial planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Atleast 2-3 years experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
