DISCOVER your opportunity • Leading a team of experienced property risk consultants based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and Denmark • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the team members, with the focus on development, training and succession planning. • Orchestrating the collaboration with the underwriting and distribution function of AXA XL's insurance units in Amsterdam and Stockholm to support their mission; implementing measures to help them leverage risk consulting for their purpose. • Acting as first point of contact for the leadership teams of AXA XL insurance units in Benelux (Amsterdam office) and Nordics (Stockholm office) • Building relationships with new external clients and growing existing partnerships • Ensuring and fostering effective and efficient collaboration with AXA XL's risk consulting community worldwide • Contributing to the development of the risk consulting function worldwide, e.g. by working in projects You will work closely with the Head of Risk Consulting Northern Europe (solid reporting line) as well as the leadership teams of AXA XL insurance units in Benelux and Nordics. We are looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: • Bachelor's/university degree (or equivalent) in engineering or other relevant field of study • You have experience with the daily operations of risk consultants (account and field engineers) • You want to take responsibility for leading a multinational team in accordance with AXA XL's core values and culture - bringing leadership experience is beneficial, but not a must. • You are a self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
