We provide to our elite customers a very high-end services in delivering Food, Sweets, Cakes in the best quality and taste.Job purpose:As a purchasing associate, you contact vendors, create new order contracts, and ensure the company receives the supplies on time.Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining price quotes for goods and services.Review purchase requisitions and verify specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.Place purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery of goods.Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts.Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and industry best practices to make informed purchasing decisions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, with knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Proficiency in using software and systems.Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and resolve issues.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic & English) with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
