Head of Governance Risk and Controls

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience working in an audit or compliance role, designing and testing controls and recommending process and controls improvements. Experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: CPA/CIA, Audit, Legal, or other related certification. Experience in identifying and assessing risks and designing and testing controls. Experience executing on large complex projects and initiatives on time and with quality. Experience influencing horizontally across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience delivering direction and tone from the top, coaching, then equipping and empowering teams within and outside of the immediate reporting chain.
