If you don’t like talking on the phone, this isn’t the position for you.Your ResponsibilitiesServe as a Trusted Advisor to Dealers (resellers)Build and maintain strong relationships with our DealersOnboard new accounts and implement programs for existing onesIdentify new sales opportunities within current group of dealersGain deep insights into each Dealer's business and needsEnsure Dealers receive the best service to maximize salesAssist in managing logistics and stock levels for DealersHelp migrate accounts to optimal conditionsDevelop and manage Dealer training materials in the LMSMaintain accurate records in the CRMContinuously update product knowledgeQualifications:Proven experience in sales or account management, in a B2B environmentExperience working with resellers or within a similar industry is a plusUnderstanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goalsHighly organized with strong time management skillsWe appreciate all interest; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
