Lead the QS team for the water and wastewater construction project within a Giga project. Client Details They are one of the leading Water & Wastewater management company globally. Description Leading QS team to manage the re-measurement contract, working with Construction teams to provide required BoQ information, issuing supporting documentation to Client for payments, undertaking discussions with Client to get agreement on payment applications. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.Monitor and control project expenditures.Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.Ensure projects are completed within budget. Profile 15-20 years experience. Background in utility (water sector would be a preference). Experience with EPC Contract, especially within a JV.
