This role is responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of the Indian digital space. Ensure the delivery of operational processes to high standards of accuracy and quality.Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional client experience supporting to business growth.Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectivesImplement and improve on processes to ensure a leading service is provided to clients.Thinking and creating strategies for client brands that deliver on client brieAchieving on revenue targets and payment collection targetsManaging a team of client servicing executivesGood understand of both creativity and technology.Organic growth opportunities: Upsell and cross sell All Mirum services to existing client EG Technology solutionsDevelop campaigns to sell technology led services from MirumPrior Experience in handling large Client accounts.Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.Business SkillsConnects with client to support delivery of communication and servicePresenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.Developing Proposals and Pitches for Prospective clientsResults-driven professionalSkills:Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsShould have prior experience with Advertising agenciesDynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, Patience, high Client orientation and common business sense.
