Interior Design Project Manager

Location: MumbaiExperience: 5+ yearsAbout the Role: We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer / Civil Engineer to manage and execute interior finishing works for our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various finishing tasks, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing work schedules, managing costs, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.Key Responsibilities:Execution of Interior Works:Manage and execute all interior finishing works, including masonry, tiling (flooring and dado), painting, door frames and shutter fixing, stone cladding (dry and wet), false ceiling, glass work, carpentry, electrical, waterproofing, and toilet works (including plumbing and fittings).Ensure knowledge of and adherence to quality parameters for interior finishing materials.Work Planning and Scheduling:Prepare detailed work planning schedules.Coordinate material requisition and maintain cost control measures.Document all phases of the project for transparency and accountability.Billing and Measurement:Verify and process billing with precise measurement checks as per the given drawings.Progress Reporting:Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports.Site Management:Oversee and control all on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.Check daily progress reports and manage finishing work snag lists.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or civil engineering.Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and quality standards.Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.Excellent documentation and reporting skills.Ability to oversee and manage on-site activities effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Skills and Requirements:Proven experience in executing interior finishing works.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
