Procurement Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesResearching and identifying prospective suppliers.Liaising with internal customers and maintaining strong supplier relations.Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting the supply chain management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.Ensure the highest quality, best prices and on-time delivery for the goods/services purchased and meet specific technical specifications.Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.Back-charge vendors & suppliers for defective/short/non-supply of materials.Following up with Finance for the vender payments.Following customs clearance process with our customs brokers.Ensuring the accuracy of HS code applied to every imported shipmentEnsuring on-time submission of customs clearance paper to the local authorities.Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.Preparing reports and maintaining procurement records.Ensuring that purchasing activities in accordance with the local & international legal, governmental and company policies and regulatory standards.Qualifications & ExperiencesBachelor's Degree in any related field2-year ExperienceMinimum Skills Good command in English Language (Verbal and Written)Highly ProactiveGood in documentation and reportingExcellent work flexibilityDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
