Audio Visual (AV) Engineer Location: onsite in Barrow SC cleared IR35: This role is Inside of IR35 Description An exciting opportunity to work as part of growing End User Experience team supporting a high-profile client. The role of Audio Visual (AV) Engineer is a technical position that requires the individual to possess a basic understanding of this area of expertise, as well as business objectives and system requirements. Candidates must possess an effective blend of work experience, education and training in all essential functions. Your role As an AV Engineer, you will engage in tasks such as:

• POC for Conference Room queries
• Complete monthly audits (50% of estate):
• Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
• Complete Non-Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
• Maintain End User Guides
• Contribute to Conference Room Knowledge Management
• Room adoption - consult on best options

• Demonstrating a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
• Demonstrating that they have strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
• Demonstrating behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised
• Display or adopt Capgemini Values and go some way to demonstrating adherence to them

• Some demonstratable knowledge and experience of IT related best practice is desired
• Experience working in a customer facing position would be beneficial, with a working knowledge of managing customer relations
• An eagerness to learn and be multi-disciplined, engaging in a mixture of formal and on the job training
• Adaptable to frequent changes
• Flexibility surrounding work hours
• Possess a full, clean UK driving license
