We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Event Executive/Restaurant Hostess for our client ,an upscale Nordic cuisine restaurant based in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.What will you do?Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tablesProvide menus and offer recommendations to customersTake and manage reservations over the phone and in-personMonitor table turnover and manage waitlistsManage customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to management as neededCoordinate and plan all aspects of restaurant events, including corporate events, private parties, and special occasionsAttract new clients for events and cateringWhat are we looking for?Minimum 2 years experience in a same role in upscale dining in UAEPrevious experience as a hostess or in customer service preferredMUST be able to speak Scandinavian languagesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong networking and sales skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysRemote Work : No
