• In-charge of the electrical maintenance for rolling mill a. Responsible for the following plant’s activities: b. Preventive Maintenance activities. c. Daily machinery and equipment breakdown maintenance.
• Make recommendation on the possibility of machineries and equipment modification and upgrading in order to prevent man-hour losses due to prolonged and frequent machineries and equipment breakdown and hence assist in maximizing production output.
• Plan, implement, monitor and ensure that the Section Electrical Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out in accordance to the approved schedule.
• Promote quality and safety awareness and responsibilities among members of the department.
• Ensure that the Company Quality System Procedures and Work Instruction are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO50001.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Ensure electrical spare parts inventory.

• Candidate needs to work closely with expatriate consultant from China. As such, it is REQUIRED for the candidate to be able to speak, write and read in Mandarin.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Or electrical chargeman.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in heavy industry.
• Have knowledge in DC drive, Inverters, motors, motors starters, electrical control.
• Have knowledge in SIEMENS PLC S7 is added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang.
