Qualification/Experience

• ACCA /CPACA Inter and/or master’s degree is required.
• 1 – 2 years of accounting experience in UAE required.
• Experience on Accounting software and excel proficiency is required.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• POS Reconciliation with daily sales
• Daily Cash and Bank reconciliation
• Preparing the sales Invoices
• Collections follow-ups – Sending client’s SOA and collection Reminder.
• Accounts Receivable aging schedule
• Provision for doubtful debts schedule
• Reviewing the purchase order
• Reviewing the purchase invoice to comply with FTA requirement.
• Reviewing the purchase invoice entries for correct expense booking and VAT treatment as per FTA Guidelines
• Preparing rebate/commission calculations
• Preparing Fixed Asset Movement / Fixed Asset register / Disposals & Additions listing
• Preparing schedule of prepayments for rent expenses and other expenses, clearly showing the payment made and monthly amortizations.
• COGS reconciliation
• Weekly cash count report
• Doing monthly related parties reconciliation
• Other receivables breakdown
• Preparing accrued expenses listing agreeing to the GL Balance
• Reviewing client and supplier contracts, credit policy
• Insurance renewals – Medical/Vehicle/All Risk or any other
• Doing VAT reconciliation and VAT Return full pack preparation- Quarterly.
• Parts purchase inventory tracking excel file
• Month end closing and passing the necessary entries in the books.
• Preparing monthly MIS
• Yearend closing passing the necessary entries in the books.
• Preparing weekly report
• Support in yearend audit
