Field Sales Executive

The *ECO4 scheme* is a government initiative that offers financial assistance for energy-efficient upgrades to households in Great Britain. Homeowners with a low EPC rating can apply for a package of energy-saving measures and heating improvements through the ECO4 scheme. As an ECO4 representative you will be identifying homes with the potential to qualify for the scheme within the North, Mid and South Wales regions. You will be visiting their homes and signing them up to receive an on-site assessment from an ECO assessor. The role will require the ECO representative to maximise contact with residents whilst at home so will therefore require a flexible approach to working hours including working into the early evening and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to plan their own diary, manage routes and accurately record contacts and activity. _*What will I receive*_*?** Commission only role with a generous and achievable commission scheme * Generous, uncapped commission scheme – OTE of over £100k per annum * 35 hours per week including early evening and weekend work * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Car allowance * Laptop * Mobile phone * Continued support, mentoring and coaching. * Progression opportunities within the business. * Full training provided _*What experience and skills do I need?*_* At least 5 years work experience is essential for this role. * A minimum of 2 years direct sales experience, preferably business to consumer sales, is essential for this role. * The ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable. * You must be willing and able to travel around North, Mid and South Wales as you will be visiting different homes on a daily basis where needed. * You must have a valid UK driver’s license. * The ability to work on your own and organise your own workload and diary * Excellent communicator with confidence and passion * Driven and demonstrate a positive mentality * Target driven * Knowledgeable * Dependable * Independent * Flexible _*Application process and what to expect*_* _Once we have received your application we will review your experience and if you match the job specification we will contact you on Indeed to arrange a call.
