About Our Client Our client is a leading company at the forefront of aircraft engine maintenance. Job Description

• Handling full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial, management reports and cost accounting reports
• Submit monthly online reports to shareholders in timely manner
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
• Responsible for yearly external auditors in completing audits
• Responsible in preparing tax computation data
• Monitor CAPEX spending with fixed assets register maintenance
• Support annual Operative Planning and business case development
• Support internal audit process
• Oversee accounting statutory standard compliance and update internal procedure accordingly
• Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times

• Minimum Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 6 years experience in Accounting field
• Able to handle full set of accounts, daily accounting and administration operation
• Must be proficient in any high-end computerized accounting system and is strong in excel spreadsheets
• Good knowledge of reconciliation processes and has ability to process large amounts of data with a high degree of accuracy
• Meticulous, analytical, good problem solving skills and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of tax and compliance
