Supply Chain Specialist Taj Corporation, Pakistan As performing execution role of Supply chain department, ensuring supply chain operations of fuel and restaurant products.Execute all activities of all functions involved in the planning, purchasing, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).Follow and execute production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas are requiredManage inventory and establishes controls to ensure Corporation is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.Coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related dutiesManage vendor relationships (e.g., third party logistics)Collaborate with staff, other departments and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectivesParticipate in existing and new product planning processes to assure timely acquisition of materials to support product launchesParticipate in the design and implementation of new ERP system and optimize its useOversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of servicesMonitor and analyze current trends in the marketplaceManage corporate governance and regulatory complianceStay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processesDevelop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the businessMaintain corporate confidentiality at all times.Other duties as assigned.Job Specification Qualification and Experience:Masters in Business Administration, preferable in Supply chainRelevant experience of 3 - 5 years in Supply chain, procurement & logisticsSkills Required:Good Execution skillsStrong negotiation skills and abilities to influenceWarehouse managementTransportation and logistics managementSupply chain synchronizationStrategic sourcing and supplier relationshipAbility to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programsUnderstanding of the legal issues involved in managing contractsSalary & benefits:Market Competitive Salary 40 k 55 k (negotiable)5 Annual BonusesLeave EncashmentLife InsuranceHealth Insurance (Self & Family)Annual entertainment tripsEnviable Work environment with many other facilities
