Sustainability Consultant and Trainer

MASSIVUE is seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in helping our clients in the financial services industry navigate the ever-evolving landscape of sustainability. You will leverage your expertise in sustainability reporting, frameworks, and transformation to develop and deliver impactful training programs and consulting services.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging training programs on sustainability best practices, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB), and reporting for the financial services industry.Advise clients on developing and implementing effective sustainability strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulations.Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in clients' sustainability practices.Support clients with integrating sustainability considerations into their business operations.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in sustainability reporting and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, training, or a related field.Proven experience working with clients in the financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) and best practices.Strong understanding of sustainability transformation principles and methodologies.Excellent training and facilitation skills.Experience with project management and client relationship management.Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.Work in a dynamic and growing company.Make a real difference in the world by promoting sustainable practices.Equal Opportunity Employer:MASSIVUE is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
