Position: Senior Credit Risk Professional (BFS Automation)• Location: Mumbai / Kolkata• Experience: 2-5 Years• Reporting to: AVP -Risk Solutions & Analytics• Education: BE in computer science, Engineering• Certifications (Preferred): Data Science Certification, Credit Risk Modeling in PythonRole Summary: We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Automation Professional with 2-5 years of experience in credit risk analysis and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development or automation, with a focus on credit risk management. This role involves leveraging technical skills to automate credit risk processes, enhance risk models, and contribute to the development of risk management products.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement automation solutions for credit risk processes.2. Perform data analysis and create automated reports using Python, SQL, and other relevant tools.3. Design and maintain credit risk models and perform model validation.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation projects.5. Conduct back-testing and validation of risk models to ensure accuracy and reliability.6. Monitor and report on underwriting standards and credit risk concentrations.7. Participate in the development and enhancement of risk management products.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:1. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel.2. Understanding of credit risk models, including model development, validation, and maintenance.3. Familiarity with ML algorithms and data modelling techniques.4. Experience with Power Query and R for data analysis and automation. Strong interest in or some initial experience with machine learning algorithms.5. Knowledge of VBA and Selenium for process automation.6. Proficient level of business English and good communication skills.7.
