Partner (and/or Team) - Insolvency and Restructuring

Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an Associate, with or without a team, specializing in insolvency and restructuring, for their Montreal office. If you represent clients in restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency and are looking to join a more innovative and transparent firm? This opportunity is for you.

The partner joining the firm will have the opportunity to bring along their team of associates, paralegals, as well as their assistant.

We are looking for professionals who can:

Developing and serving an existing client base

Advising clients in the resolution of commercial and corporate disputes

Setting precise goals and developing strategies, as well as providing counsel to clients throughout the process

Representing clients in various situations, including negotiations and civil court appearances

Advising businesses on both a local and international scale

Qualificatins and Skills

Over 10 years of relevant experience as an associate in a reputable firm

An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice

Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills

A strong work ethic and attention to detail
