Desktop Support Analyst (Offshoring Industry, Office-based)

Salary: P15,000 to P18,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Day Shift (12-hour Shifting Schedule) What are we looking for? Skills Required:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Has an internship experience focusing on IT Support (Network and IT Infrastructure) is preferred.
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral
• Excellent customer interface skills
• Willing to learn and with can-do attitude

What will you do?

• Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions
• Assist network and hardware troubleshooting
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation
• Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems
• Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance
• Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops for deployment
• Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor
