Assistant Manager - Maintenance (Paint Shop)

Job Purpose You will ensure smooth plant operations by overseeing paint shop-related equipment and utilities maintenance activities. Breakdown maintenance & Troubleshooting knowledge of Paint Robots Position Overview Location: Vallam Position Title: Assistant Manager - Maintenance Reports to: Manager - Paint Shop Maintenance Function: Maintenance What you’ll do:

• Good knowledge in paint shop safety and 5S
• Planning and Execution of preventive Maintenance, and Time-Based Maintenance
• Planning and Execution of condition Based Maintenance
• Breakdown maintenance & Troubleshooting knowledge of Paint Robots (ABB IRB5400, IRB5500, Motor, Pumps, Blowers, Chiller’s, Ovens, Burners, AHU, Exhaust systems)
• Breakdown maintenance & Troubleshooting knowledge of PTCED and supporting equipment.
• Breakdown maintenance & Troubleshooting knowledge of Powder coat and supporting equipment.
• Maintenance activities to be carried out as per schedule to ensure continuous improvement in Plant MTTR, MTBF
• Knowledge of PM schedule, check sheet preparation and maintaining of audit documents
• Knowledge in breakdown analysis preparation and countermeasure execution.
• Knowledge in paint shop process and quality parameters maintaining and control.
• Knowledge in kaizens preparation and horizontal deployment
• Knowledge in spare parts planning and procurement. And budget control.

What you'll bring Experience:7+ years’ experience working in the paint shop maintenance function. Experience in ABB paint robot maintenance. Qualification: B. Tech / B. E (Mechanical Engineering) Skills: Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, MTTR, MTBF, Corrective Maintenance, Production Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance. Why work with us?
