The Expert Process Mapping gathers and interprets data on customer satisfaction, NPS, App Rating, ToM and other parameters for a business. As a customer experience analyst, your job duties include conducting surveys to collect client feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports for the company management team.The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience and is a solo role. There are no people reporting to this role. A mid management role that requires dedication and clarity business analytics, deep dive analysis andExpert CX AnalyticsWhat does a Expert CX Analytics do?Researches best practices to develop metrics and methods to collect and analyze customer data and feeback.Utilizes data management tools to establish a continuous stream of data to analyze, measure, and evaluate customer behaviors and sentiments.Creates dashboards, reports, and visualizations to analyze metrics and develop insights from various data sources.Collaborates with cross functional teams to deliver and support end to end customer experience goals, programs and practicesConduct focus groups, customer forums, experience labs for different projects and business needs.
