Expert Business Control - Islamabad

Expert Business Control will be part of team currently engaged with HQ in a range of activities, including business planning/forecasting, month-end closing, payroll processing, financial/group reporting and management reporting. The role will support team in these tasks with prime focus on forecasting and management reporting.The role will report directly to the Manager Business Control.What does Expert Business Control?Develop in-depth understanding of Management Reporting models and outputs.Develop in-depth understanding of Global Reporting Solution - both Financial and Planning modules.Understand all the existing financial and analytical reports reflecting performance, position and cash flows of HQ entities.Be able to independently run month end closing tasks and update MMR financials.Liaise with cost centres on missing receipts and finalizing monthly accruals while comparing it against budget / forecast.Prepare and analyse 3rd party spend, Insurance, rent and capex on a vendor/project basis.Support in preparation of SOX reporting (Flux report).Input HQ related Key Performance Indicator in MRPS on a monthly basis.Develop and update the financial analysis models based on MRPS templates in order to cater to adhoc queries swiftly.Evaluation of HQ business travels request in accordance with travel policy, keeping travel hierarchies up to date, ensuring travel needs are satisfactorily addressed and coordinating with Amex teams on digital platforms upgrades.Recommend ways to improve internal process flows by identifying gaps to make processes leaner and further strengthening team's capability to deliver in stringent timelines. Recommend ways in consultation with team members and other stakeholders that how we can better support HQ administration and FP&A teams by providing them required analysis and visibility.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
