Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Work closely with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, budgets, and technologies, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Utilize industry-standard project management methodologies and tools to manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively.

Facilitate clear and timely communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment and understanding of project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle, developing contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.

Ensure the technical feasibility of project deliverables and oversee the quality assurance process to maintain high standards of delivery.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role managing technology-driven projects.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).

Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical projects and solutions.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in managing projects across various technology platforms and domains, such as web and mobile application development, AI/ML, blockchain, and cloud services.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, quality assurance, and system integration.
