- 5-7 years working experience in developing, project management or implementing service or products to grow the business, involved in the business coordination and planning in the Bank.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- High capability for problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level PC skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Responsible to led strategic initiatives to diversify the profit portfolio across the company and identify lucrative opportunities by strengthening business/product offerings, defining product strategy.
- To assist the department (HOD) in overseeing the New Product Committee’s operation to ensure the regulatory requirements.
- To create and maintain the framework for new business offerings, defining product strategy and roadmap for the bank.
- Prepare the relevant presentation materials and report related to the department.
