Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Reporting to executives on performance
- Create reports for upper management
- Setting sales targets
- Developing effective strategies to enhance growth
- Recruit and hire new store employees
- Manage and control shrinkage
- Customer service
- Minimum 2 years work experience in retail industry and shop management
- Must be able to converse and write well in English and Mandarin
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to travel from time to time
- Willing to relocate if required by the management
- Commission, Overtime Fee, Fixed Rest Day, Travel Allowance
