This is a full time, permanent position for a Pharmacist Manager. _*Remuneration for services available.*_ Please note this position *requires GPHC membership in the UK.**What does a Pharmacist Manager role at our pharmacy look like?*· Full responsibility for all aspects of the business – providing experience and development for someone who would like to establish and grow their career in running a community pharmacy business · Developing efficient and effective dispensing, stock and other community pharmacy related processes optimising the opportunities and other workflow systems · Leading a dedicated team and supporting their development · Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives, offering the Pharmacy First services, vaccinations, smoking cessation, blood pressure checks, contraception and developing new private services · Focus one maintaining and improving people’s health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services · Creatively growing the business and problem-solving · Providing an efficient, effective and clinically-sound service for our local population and maintaining our reputation as part of our community *We value our staff greatly.
