As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Position Overview: As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing all financial activities of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing budgets, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in financial management. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  3. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  4. Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders as necessary.
  6. Participate in strategic planning and financial modelling to support business growth initiatives.
  7. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company or similar environment.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  6. Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
