Job Description The role of the Cyber Security Specialist to ensure IFZA's network security and implement security systems that protect IFZAcomputer networks from cyber-attacks and help set and maintain securitystandards Main Responsibility: Determining methods andprocedures to be implemented and used on the most complex new technologies toenhance performance Acting as a point ofescalation on the service desk in regard to supporting L2-3 incidents Investigating securitybreaches and other cybersecurity incidents Documenting securitybreaches and assessing the damage they cause Working with the ITSecurity to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities Fixing detectedvulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard Staying current on ITsecurity trends and news Developing and reviewinginformation security policies and procedures according to the industry bestpractices and relevant standard requirements Assisting IT team todevelop company-wide best practices for IT security Helping colleagues installsecurity software and understanding information security management Gathering feedback fromend-users to continue improving systems Performing other job-related duties as assignedby Management Requirements FullEnglish proficiency is required Proficiencyin relevant information technologies and systems Workingknowledge of CRM systems ITIL V3/V4or has a clear understanding of Incident, Request, Problem and Changemanagement, Certifiedin ITIL Foundation Knowledge of cloud securityand experience in cloud security testing Advancedanalytical and problem-solving skills Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Strongcustomer service and telephone etiquette Abilityto identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities Deepunderstanding of networking protocols e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS Abilityto interact confidently with others to explain problems and establish solutionsthat address their needs Abilityto work collaboratively with other IT personnel to resolve user issues Abilityto develop good working relationships with colleagues at all levelsStrong listening and questioning skills to ensurebest practices and best solutions are established Prior experience working in a multinational organization Experience: Tertiaryeducation in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant subjects ORequivalent in industry experience CompTIACySA+ is a plus minimum 5 years' of experience on Cyber Security Proven experience as a Cyber Security Specialist or similar Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) orequivalent is a plus Experience with IT Ticketing system Hands on experience analyzing high volume oflogs, network data and other attack artifact 24 annual leave days Annual flight home Life insurance plan Medical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost) Access to exclusive Fazaa discounts (applicable in participating retail stores, food & beverage outlets, fitness clubs, cinemas, theme parks, clinics, and more)
