Go to Market Lead

Greetings from Plum!We are looking for a passionate Go To Market Lead for our Retail distribution channel.Purpose:Help drive volume and market share growth by partnering with the sales function in identifying opportunities, creating plans, monitoring execution and collecting feedback for improvement in subsequent sales cycles.Conceive/Develop Trade Marketing programs to drive the business agenda.Drive distributor management processes.Drive productivity in the sales system by mapping inputs to outputs and identifying areas for improvement.Responsibilities:Take full ownership of Go-to-market strategyDevelop excellent working relationships with the Sales teamDevise product go-to-market process, plan timelines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotionsUndertake constant competitor analysisDevelop a detailed knowledge of the market's actual needsSpot risks to product lines or sales channels and develop relevant responding plans.Update marketing data, gather new business intelligenceLiaise with senior teams across multiple channels and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans.Constantly communicate with brand teams, on-ground sales teams and distribution partners as needed.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience post MBAAt least 3 years of on-ground sales experience in the consumer space. Having worked in the field is compulsory.A passion for numbers, productivity improvement, sales strategy and working with people.Solid understanding of consumer goods distribution strategy.Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, quant and Excel skills and interpersonal abilities.
