Construction Project Manager

Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They are now on the lookout for a *Construction Project Manager* for one of their upcoming projects based in the Portsmouth area. *Requirements:** Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project * Cut & Carve Project experience - essential * Professional qualifications * Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders * Fully competent in H&S. * CSCS Black Card is desirable * Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. * Can work to tight deadlines and budgets * Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures.
