You Will Make an Impact By:

  1. Process sale orders, price maintenance, customer returns, customer billing and delivery documents, credit/debit memo, equipment on loan agreement, following to the standard operating procedures and system.
  2. Manage transport/shipment planning to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery to customers.
  3. Handle customer complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in order to seek appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and customer trust through interactive and professional communications either by phone calls or emails.
  5. Be a primary liaison for customers and relevant stakeholders regarding order and delivery inquiries.
  6. Ensure personal and functional KPIs are met.
  7. Share best practices and interact with counterparts across the region and globally.
  8. Perform other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.
  9. Additional responsibility: Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part of all activities; ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all levels.
Skills You Bring:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service/order management field in an MNC environment is preferred.
  3. Knowledge in customs trade requirements e.g. GPB, LMW, FTZ application is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of Office software and SAP SD module, specifically in order to delivery process.
  5. Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
  6. Customer orientation with a good service-minded attitude, ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  7. Ability to coordinate across functions and locations to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  9. Effective time management skills including sequencing of own work with effective resource management.
