You will be the operational and process expert, ensuring that new products and optimisation of existing products is achieved successfully and with the customer always front of mind. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will lead on the project requirements, ensuring that these are delivered on time and within budget. Where required, this role will also support on the development of existing products and services, working with the wider product team. This role is perfect for someone with an interest or background in product development but with a focus on the project delivery aspect as well. - Good understanding of markets and trends to own and drive the development of new product initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years project and programme management experience.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills tailored to relevant audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly organised and motivated with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and challenge the status quo.
- A customer-first ethos, always ensuring that the customer is put at the centre of any project delivery or design.
- A willingness to travel to offices, branches and customer sites across the UK.
- Experience in fast-paced service sector and understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies would be desirable.
- A collaborative, optimistic attitude is essential for the job.
