Chief Financial Officer (Part Time)

The candidate will be appointed as the Financial Advisor for the client company, responsible for financial planning, reporting, audits, compliance, and managing bank relationships. They will provide advice to improve internal controls, optimize cash management, guide investments, and support decision-making. Working closely with the Business Director and executive team, the candidate will help shape the company's financial strategy. A strong background in finance and management is essential. Responsibilities

1. Internal Audit & Controls: Oversee and enhance internal audit processes, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures to ensure financial transaction integrity and regulatory compliance.
2. Strategic Tax Planning: Develop and execute tax strategies to optimize exposure while ensuring adherence to regulations. Minimize tax liabilities through informed decision-making and accurate tax filing.
3. Efficient Treasury Management: Skillfully manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
4. Develop forecasting strategies, monitor regulatory relationships, and evaluate investment opportunities.
5. Informed Investments: Evaluate strategic investment opportunities through thorough financial analysis and risk assessments.
6. Decision-Driven Analysis: Contribute data-driven insights to shape financial strategies and decisions. Evaluate financial implications of initiatives and market opportunities, aiding informed decision-making for growth.
