THE POSITION & ROLE OVERVIEWProspecta is hiring a Project Manager in Noida, Delhi to oversee the implementation of our flagship product to customers located all over the world. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and IT and will have an extensive understanding of the software development industry and project management. We're looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Project Manager who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems and communicate them and manage them effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the work of team members involved in projects, and communicating their progress to senior management and customers and partners at regular intervals. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management activities. This person is expected toEnthusiastic about service delivery and Lead assigned projects to completion achieving great resultsAbility to develop and manage multiple complex stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a large complex project environment dealing with customers, 3rd party stakeholders, partners to deliver outcomes required. Manage complex set of stakeholders and risks for the projects communicating status of the projects at regular intervals to all stakeholdersCoordinate with production support, platform and infrastructure teams as required to deliver the project on schedule and under budgetCommunicate project objectives to all team members as involved.A mind set to continuously improve, present innovative ideas and will be willing to go the extra mile.Enthusiastic about service delivery delivering great outcomes to customers and the organization. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).Total of a minimum 15 years of experience out of which 8-10 years of PM experience is mandatoryStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).PMP or Prince or PMI ACP certification mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.Exposure to SAP MDM and MDG in the mining industry will be a plus. Experience working in IT Service industry is a plus.Strong process discipline to deal with multiple stakeholder groups, other vendors and manage projects in complex settings is essential.Ability to work across stakeholders in different countries and region by establishing relationships and process is a key element to succeed in this role.
