The Position Position Summary The APAC Established Products Squad (EPS) is a location-agnostic squad composed of members from affiliates throughout the APAC region. The squad is accountable for the management and performance of the dynamic EP portfolio of products in partnered affiliates. As Digital Activation Manager (DAM), you will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of the digital engagement and services for EP Squad, including tracking defined metrics and driving incremental improvement through application of learning. You will be joining the team already composed of 1 Digital Lead, 1 Digital Activation Manager, and will work closely with Disease Area Lead (DAL), Medical & Scientific Partner (MSP) as well as Alliance Manager (AM) within the squad. Beyond the squad, you will work closely with affiliates, the Content Lab, APAC CX Network, EpiCXs & RDI teams, but also Global CXI partners to ensure efficient and effective digital execution. Principal Responsibilities: As an EP Squad Member:
- Together with other EP squad and network members define short & mid-term EPS outcomes in alignment with EPS vision, long-term outcomes & Roche 2030 vision.
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of defined EPS outcomes and linked success metrics.
- Actively participate and contribute to the squad practice of self-management & self-authored learning to accelerate growth and foster high-performance culture.
- Proactively share market & customer knowledge adopting defined systems and forums for retention and dissemination.
- Partner mindfully with affiliates, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and never compromising their customer and business accountabilities (reputation, trust, license to operate, etc).
- Successfully lead Work Packages through effective and transparent communication, scope management, technical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Co-develop a purely digital business model: With EPS and the network, build the purely digital model vision, strategy and roadmap to make it happen.
- Implementation: Through experimentation and learnings, enable the implementation of the strategy by bringing stakeholders together, driving innovation and change and overcoming challenges and roadblocks.
- Standards: Define and establish the standards to ensure a first in class digital execution.
- Engagement execution: Coordinate the digital campaign planning, development and execution for key DA across APAC (between campaign owners and The Lab).
- Analytic: Ensure clear KPI and tracking systems are in place to assess internal efficiency and external performance and impact.
- Learning loop: Support the team in building digital knowledge thanks to every execution done and drive incremental improvement through the application of those learnings.
- Digital Marketing project support: Support on other digital projects as required such as working on email and consent capture campaigns that could be deployed and adopted across APAC.
- Capability building: Support digital capability building within EPS especially around technology and digital marketing (training, coaching…).
- Content and Digital Asset Management
- Brand and/or corporate websites and portals development and management
- Social CRM and messenger Campaign activation

- Customer and Audience Data Management

- Must have at least 5 years’ experience developing and managing digital content for websites, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience building, launching and managing digital campaigns end to end.
- Experience working in a regional capacity, enabling multiple markets/country team, working with them to successfully leverage and deploy regional solutions and content.
- Experienced working in regulated industries such as finance, insurance and/or healthcare.
- Working with external agencies to brief and scope digital projects.
- Proven project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to begin digital projects from project inception right through to operationalisation.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
- Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Actively share knowledge and best practice to peers and stakeholders.
- Able to build great relationships with our key business stakeholders.
