Marketing Account Manager - Property Development

Our client is a wellknown property developer in the Gauteng region with 33 years experience building homes and now commercial spaces predominantly in the Midrand area. We are on the hunt for a Marketing Account Manager to join their dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities: Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales understanding their needs objectives and challenges
- Build and maintain strong and regular communication with sales
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to help sales achieve their marketing goals
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects
- Coordinate internal teams (such as creative digital and media) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI
- Track expenses analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize spending and achieve desired outcomes
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives analyzing key metrics and KPIs
- Prepare regular reports for clients summarizing campaign results insights and recommendations for improvement
- Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future marketing efforts
- Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in marketing and advertising
- Share relevant insights and recommendations with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition and adapt to changes in the market landscape
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables including written content visual assets and digital materials
- Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to maintain brand consistency and adhere to client guidelines
- Monitor stock levels of marketing assets such as show house furniture flags pointer boards etc
- Implement a barcode system for efficient tracking and management of assets
- Ensure that marketing items are well maintained and meet company standards for quality
- Order new stock when necessary to replenish inventory and meet demand
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training workshops and industry certifications
- Stay updated on changes in marketing platforms tools and regulations to maintain expertise in the field
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing
- A proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices across multiple channels including digital social and traditional
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision making and measure performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
- Experience in the property industry is a plus
