Made for Trade, DMCC is proud to sustain and grow Dubai's position as the place to be for global trade today and long into the future.Role Summary:The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive support for DMCC's IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Network. This entails the secure management of hardware infrastructure, network infrastructure, AV infrastructure, cloud-hosted environments, and databases. Additionally, this role will actively contribute to the implementation of new innovative solutions and technologies.Responsibilities:Ensure the high availability of infrastructure servers and services, encompassing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Internal Certificate Authority, File Server, Print Server, SQL server, SAN storage, and Virtualization platforms like Hyper-V, VMware & VxRail, both on-premises and in Private Cloud environments.Oversee SaaS cloud infrastructure on Azure and Office 365 service stacks, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.Manage collaboration solutions such as Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and PSTN direct routing.Plan and execute all ongoing network, security, and infrastructure projects.Monitor and manage security solutions like endpoint security, patch management, identity protection, encryption, secure internet proxy, SIEM, and Threat Intelligence.Collaborate with the central SOC team to remediate identified vulnerabilities.Maintain data resilience, including disaster recovery and data backups of locally hosted files, applications, and databases.Oversee and monitor public domain registration, public DNS, and SSL certificates.Manage the lifecycle of Windows endpoints and servers, including operating system and 3rd party application patch management.Conduct Vulnerability Assessments for Endpoints, DMCC Servers & Web applications.Utilize ITSM solution for Incident management and ensure timely closure of all calls.Support the implementation of security policies and procedures, including investigation and resolution of security incidents.This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of DMCC's IT infrastructure and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer EngineeringProfessional Certifications - Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, CCNP/ CCNA, ITIL7 to 10 years experience as IT Operations and Security AdministratorProblem Solving SkillsAI and Digital CompetenceThe successful candidate will enjoy the following:Working at the world's best Free Zone with highly motivated colleaguesA very diverse workforce from all around the globeWell-being initiatives all over the yearMarket competitive basic salaryHousing allowanceOther alternative family benefitsPension SchemeDiscretionary bonus schemesGenerous annual leaveMedical and life insurance coverFree covered parkingRetail discounts with over 450 outlets across JLT.
