The AM is responsible for implementing front office, back office and EMR products as per SOW commitments. Upon successfully deploying a product, the AM is responsible for securing the client against attrition to ensure a continuous revenue stream. The AM is also responsible for cross selling Sybrid MD products to their existing accounts is such an opportunity arises.Key Responsibilities1. Ensure product implementation as per timelines and deliverables defined in the SOW and contract.2. Ensure client satisfaction with Sybrid MD products.3. Conduct continuous audits of client accounts to provide an external check on operations.4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to file complaints or escalate issues.5. Develop account strategies, territory planning and administrative follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and to secure Sybrid MD against client attrition.6. Identify potential cross selling and up selling opportunities and leverage SE if required to increase Sybrid MD revenue from clients.7. Serve as the voice of the customer for Sybrid MD operations, support and marketing departments8. Support marketing and sales by providing industry and product trends, sales data, competitor analyses, sales materials and account/customer feedback.KPIS1. On time and on budget completion of all deployments.2. Minimize customer churn3. Ensure client satisfaction of over 95%.4. Increase revenue through cross selling and up selling. Job Specification 1. Medical or RN degree2. Thorough understanding of US medical billing and coding processes3. Awareness of processes within a medical practice4. Experience in business process reengineering5. Demonstrated project management and implementation experience6. Excellent verbal and presentation skills7. Sales experience is preferred but not required8.
