"You will be responsible of the sales development of a customer portfolio of existing SMB customers while maintaining strong & durable relationship; ensuring SMB customer account process set up are accordance to Lyreco standard. ""You will also be the main conduit (Team Leader) between FISE(MY) and Sales Leaders (Head of SMB/Area Sales Manager) for key SMB projects (initiatives). Taking on key responsibilites to organize FISE(MY) feedback, supporting Mgmt. cascade of processes change and championing best practices sharing with FISE(MY) for expedited change adoption and implementation among clients. " Individual Contributor Role Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts responsible for. Work closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level. Participating in customer query(RFQ/ITQ) and order placement process in order to win more product category. Working closely with Business Development team to present Lyreco Wellness solution and ensure effective follow up to win businesses. Provide regular sales updates to give visibility of market situation and portfolio management to your direct superior(ASM) Project Management Function

  • Be the go-to person for Area Sales Managers on the Lyreco Corporate Best Practices and processes implementation and adherence.
  • Participating in cross functional work flow discussion and improvement, impacting SMB Best Practices and processes.
  • Taking initiative to identify cross functional inefficiencies and raise opportunities to Area Sales Managers for joint tackling.
  • Support ASM/Head of Sales on critical customers' insights coordination for formulating and implementing Key SMB projects (initiatives).
  • Be assigned to be part of SMB projects (initiatives) taskforce as team leader to implement and cascade change adoption among FISE(MY).
  • Be the main trainer/facilitator to conduct all SAP functionalities training to all new joiner FISE based in Malaysia
  • Take full accountability on the proficiency level of SAP for all FISE based in Malaysia
People Management Function
  • Supporting Area Sales Manager by leading all FISE(MY) in SMB process compliance and account management
  • Ensuring all FISE(MY) performance is meeting the company expectation
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned to you by the reporting manager of Head of function
Month 1-3: Priority focus on critical SMB project(s) support and implementation. Take full accountability on combined portfolio in excess of > SGD250k (2 portfolio min) Month 4-12 onwards: Priority to undertake people leadership function (all Field Inside Sales Executive based in MY) QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma in any studies
  • Strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales pipeline management skills. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
  • Good written & spoken English skills
  • Good Communication and Persuasion skills
  • Minimum 2years working experiencein B2B or service based sales position
  • Basic salary range between RM3k-RM3.2k + Sales Incentives range RM1.2k onwards
