1. Autocad/3D Visualiser: Minimum 3-5 years experience having worked at leading architectural firms. Must know AutoCad, Sketchup and 3D max or equivalent software for rendering. 2. Quantity Surveyor : for Fancy Interior and Residential Structure works. Knowledge of market rates & material sources is must. Be able to prepare rate analysis. Min 5 years experience. 3. SITE Supervisor for Fancy Interior works of corporate office and residences. Knowledge of Site markings, mockups. supervise carpenter, tile, paint, marble etc works and coordinate with electrical & plumbing teams. Min 5 years experience.
