Why Choose XA Group?Innovation: XA Group is synonymous with innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the automotive industry.Cutting-Edge Technology: Our solutions are powered by AI, IoT, and Blockchain, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancement.Global Reach: With a presence spanning the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe, we offer IT professionals the opportunity to work on a global stage.Data-Driven Excellence: Our commitment to data-driven solutions ensures that every project you work on will have a profound impact.Diverse Stakeholder Engagement: At XA Group, you'll engage with a wide array of stakeholders, gaining valuable insights and experience.A Culture of Excellence: Join a team of professionals who share a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Work with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to plan and create systems, including the physical parts (hardware) and the programs (software).Design and Develop: Create, design, and build embedded systems (both the hardware and software) based on what the Product Manager needs.Sensors and Communication: Connect and make different sensors, devices, and communication tools work together in embedded systems and IoT devices.Optimize Performance: Make devices work better, use less power, and connect more effectively.Firmware: Create and manage the software that controls these devices, including finding and fixing problems and writing guides.AI Integration: Use Artificial Intelligence to make devices smarter and work more efficiently at the "edge" (meaning closer to where they're used).Cloud Connection: Use Azure IoT services to make sure devices can safely and easily talk to the cloud (internet).Stay Updated: Keep learning about the newest ideas and technologies in embedded systems, IoT, AI, and camera sensors.Teamwork: Work with product managers to understand what they need and make sure projects finish on time.Quality Assurance: Help check and review code and designs to keep the software high-quality.Requirements:Experience: At least 5 years of experience in making embedded systems and IoT devices.Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of how microcontrollers and related parts work.Coding Skills: Able to write code from scratch for microcontrollers, including using languages like C/C++, assembly, and Python.Hardware Skills: Familiar with different microcontrollers and how to connect them using things like I2C, UART, and others.Wireless Communication: Know how to use wireless technologies like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RFID, NFC, and cellular networks.Internet of Things (IoT): Understand how to use IoT protocols like MQTT, HTTP, REST APIs, and AMQP.Firmware Experience: Can create and update firmware, even remotely (over-the-air upgrades).Version Control: Familiar with tools like GIT to manage software versions.Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure IoT or AWS IoT is a plus.AI Skills: If you know how to use AI in devices and understand camera sensors, that's a bonus.Problem-Solving: Great at finding and fixing problems, both alone and as part of a team.Communication: Can communicate well in writing and talking.Desirable Skills:Experience with Nvidia Jetson devices and edge computing.Able to put AI models into embedded devices.
