Training Manager

Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departmentsDesigning and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needsWorking in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant stakeholders in organizationDeveloping effective induction programsTrain brand ambassadors for different programs of P&G and other accountsDevising individual learning plansProducing training materials for in-house courses like manuals, modules and content developmentManaging the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organizationMonitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managersEvaluate trainings for future development Write monthly reportVisit fields of different projects minimum 4 times in a week and suggest the required changes Job Specification Excellent verbal and written skills.Traveling required and field job.Can manage teamsWrite monthly reportVisit fields of different projects minimum 4 times in a week and suggest the required changes Marketing and Advertising - Karachi, Pakistan
