Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.Development Collaboration:Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical constraints and possibilities, ensuring designs are feasible and scalable. Follow UX strategies and development guidelines to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.Team Management:Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
