Description:
The candidate will be working as part of a team providing a comprehensive, accurate and timely debt collection service to enhance the company's cash flow.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage credit risks and cash allocation and update and maintain customer data base
Ensure payments from customers are collected as per approved credit terms
Collection of outstanding receivables
Email communication and follow up
Reduce the overall outstanding days and amount overdue
Resolve invoicing or other issues that cause nonpayment
Strive towards collection targets set by the Senior Manager
Communicate with debtors regularly to ensure timely collection
Skills:

Minimum English Language level (by Transguard Group
