Responsibilities:

Follow up the progress in implementing the operational plan for the Infrastructure and Technical Support Section, and submit periodic reports on the level of achievement and the required improvement plans.

Follow-up progress in the implementation of payment and procurement plans for the operational plan projects of the Infrastructure and Technical Support Department, and submit periodic reports on the level of achievement and improvement plans required.

Managing change requests related to digital infrastructure operations in coordination with the managers of the information technology departments and the requesting organizational units in a manner that ensures the achievement of the required efficiency and effectiveness.

Preparing and developing a disaster recovery plan with defining critical services, recovery time ( Recovery time Objective ) and Recovery Point ( Recovery Point ) in coordination with the various organizational units of the Authority.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university.

8 and above years of relevant work experience.
