Maintenance Manager

Our client, the owner of four (6) very successful Nail Salons in Cape Town and surroundings, is urgently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishmentsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet the Health and Safety standardsInspect building structures and determine the need for repairs or renovations, including budgeting and seeking quotations for approvalSupervise staff and external contractorsEffectively manage safety and access control at facilities, including maintenance of alarms, fire equipment, control of keys, parking allocation etc.Attend to ad-hoc tasks and queries Key requirements and CompetenciesProven experience as maintenance manager or relevant positionBasic maintenance abilitiesUnderstanding and excellent knowledge of Health and Safety requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsKnowledge of basic accounting and finance principlesGood analytical/critical thinking If you are interested and equipped for this exciting role, please forward your CV to Chamiel Philander at chamiel@tsm.co.za Consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received feedback in two(2) weeks after the closing date. Closing date: 8 February 2023
