LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR - EAST LONDON

ROLE OVERVIEWOversee our landscaping operations and ensure that our properties are always looking their best and management of gardening teams.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage all aspects of landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, and budgetingHire, train, and supervise a team of landscaping staffSource and order materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budgetMaintain accurate records of project expenses and report any issues or concerns to the management team.Develop and implement landscaping plans and strategies to maintain and enhance the appearance of our propertiesMonitor and maintain the health and safety of all plants and trees on our propertiesEnsure that all landscaping equipment is properly maintained and in good working conditionCoordinate with property managers and residents to address any landscaping concerns or requestsMonitor and control expenses related to landscaping operationsKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscapingConduct regular inspections to ensure that all landscaping work meets quality standardsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to landscapingREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in landscapingMinimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleExtensive knowledge of plants, trees, and other landscaping materialsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision making abilitiesProficiency in budgeting and cost controlKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscapingValid driver's license and reliable transportation
