AM Warehouse Sorter

Our client, in the Packaging and Logistics Industry is seeking a AM Warehouse Sorter to join their team. The AM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules. Job Title: AM Warehouse Sorter Location: Boxwood RD, Nanaimo, BC V9T5W7 Pay Range: $22.27/hour Shift: Sunday to Thursday 9:00pm to 5:30am (40 hours per week) What's the Job? Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out Loads freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift/lower up to 70 pounds Clear criminal history What's in it for me?
